Academic Qualification Requirements
Candidates from any one of the following categories :

Passed in/Appeared for 10+2 from any recognized Central/State Board of Higher Secondary Education, under 10+2 system in India/Bangladesh/Nepal/Bhutan/ Srilanka/Myanmar. |

Passed in/Appeared for Intermediate or 2-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board/University. |
3. |
Passed in/Appeared for Final Exam of the 2-year Course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy. |

Passed the Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with minimum five subjects as per CBSE Scheme. |
Eligibility in Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT) for admission in UG courses is compulsory.

Extra Curricular Activity
As per industry requirements, a comprehensive course on “Grooming-o-logy” will be conducted, during which a student will learn the basic intricacies of the following at no extra cost: * How to carry oneself * Aspects of proper grooming * Table Manners * Dress Sense * Body Language.
Assessments
Every semester, students shall have to take a written examination conducted by the West Bengal University of Technology. This would supplement by internal examinations and project and case study assignments. 5% of the seats are reserved for NRI/Sponsored candidates.
The admission enrolment fee is Rs. 21,000/- (which can be paid in cash or by Demand Draft, payable in Kolkata, favouring Gurukul Educational Trust).

Admission Procedure & Related Information
Duly completed application form should be submitted to the admission Co-ordinator. The eligible applicant short-listed by CET shall be selected and called for admission. The applicant would have to pay the enrollment fee after selection by the specified date.
Mode of payment
The admission enrollment fee (which can be paid in cash or by Demand Draft in favour of “Gurukul Educational Trust” payable at Kolkata) would be adjusted with the course fee at the time of completion of admission formalities.
If an applicant fails to complete her/his admission formalities within the time specified, her/his enrollment would stand automatically cancelled. In such cases, admission enrollment fees shall not be refunded.
The course fee for the programmes is detailed above. The fee can be paid in Cash or by Demand Draft in favour of “Gurukul Educational Trust” payable at Kolkata.
